My Boss and I went to this extra space storage and we rented 5x10 space with a combination lock. At first we went to the location East Palo location and we got help from Liz to see if we can get a unit with a combination lock and she said that they didn’t have one so they sent us to the Menlo Park location and met up with the Store Manager Jenica and helped us out. We ended up having a very good deal that was offered to us that they have that was available and it was $60/month for 6 months and then regular price after that. My boss and I said “Perfect, we’ll take it.” It was a 5x10 unit which was much bigger than our previous unit that we had in San Jose. The Customer Service was amazing and very friendly and on a personal note, Jenica is Filipina so I we ended up speaking to each other in our native tongue which was awesome! Overall this location is very safe and smooth and I enjoyed the service she gave us. Props to Liz for sending us to this location. I highly recommend this location.
