I have been storing here for quite awhile. The staff is awesome. Delesia is really nice When I am either in the office or when she is making her rounds. I love the security in this place. I recommend this location!

I'm so happy. I had an incredible experience with the team at Extra Storage (except for the person who answered my first call from the call center - she gave me a lot of wrong info). After talking to the call center, Bianca sent me a text message and confirmed my reservation. I was impressed by that nice touch! I was able to easily call them back and start telling them about my needs while I was en route. I needed a rental unit today but they were closing in 20 minutes. Delesia stayed late was so incredibly patient and kind to me as I asked her a gazillion questions about each of the units. She was a great listener, super helpful and so friendly. I loved her sweet demeanor and positive energy. She was very knowledgeable about the units and gave great insights about each. I locked in 6 months to get an even better deal. Thank you, I appreciate you, Delesia! She deserves a raise and promotion! ?? Update: Today smelled bad. But I think that's Milpitas' fault, not the storage facilities ??
