Korey, the manager at Extra Space Storage, was very informative and answered all my questions with renting a unit. Upon my arrival, I found the unit easy to locate, everything from the parking lot to the units themselves were very clean and well maintained. I was left a checklist of everything maintenance did before I arrived, and a very heavy duty keyed lock was sitting just inside the unit for my use. I highly recommend using Extra Space if you need a storage unit in Moreno Valley.

Shawn Willis/ Asst. Manager at the Moreno Valley location is an exceptional leader who went above and beyond the my expectations! My unit is location approximately 500 mi away and I found myself in an emergency situation and needed an immediate resolution. Shawn willingness to assist and resolve my issue was life saving literally. I will refer all my friends and colleagues and anyone else who may be looking for a great storage company! Great storage place!!! I had my stuff there for 2 years well taken care of, great customer service. I had the pleasure to do my move out with Shawn which he was a great helped me all the way through until I was moved out, made the process very easy and comfortable for my move. I highly recommend this place one of the best to keep your stuff and great customer service.
