Beware!!! Falling behind on rent will cost a substantial amount!! The regular late fee PLUS $120 (one hundred and twenty dollars) fee after 35 days from due date!! So don't be late on payments! (I imagine it's to keep you from catching up...or being late which wasn't mentioned on signing of having 1 late fee AND a punishment fee. LOL) Regular rent is on the high end, (unless you have lots of money) but is an ok place to keep stuff in a controlled environment... (Except the dust and occasional bug.) No lighting inside the units!! So you can't work when it's dark outside. (No outlets either.) Just lights for the exterior driveway. Staff has a long lunch break, so access to restroom is always locked which is frustrating and very inconvenient.

I didn't know I couldn't be with my stuff...was told am being there too much ...the my hours are either going to be restricted or I have two months to find another storage place I rented from like 5 other storages and not once have I been told am being there to much....
