The office staff members were incredibly polite and were ready to help. I felt like a valued customer. Second update: I had a problem unlocking my storage unit and 2 of the guys there helped me out. They were very patient and friendly. Great staff. Third update: Midian at the front desk was super helpful to correct an error. Quick and helpful
