Was super fast and easy. I was able to reserve my unit and price on-line. They called me the next day to see if I wanted to get/setup my unit over the phone or online. But because I had already withdrew the money I want able to that; plus I wanted to see the unit first. Only thing is the office is closed on Sunday so I had to wait until Monday. Customer Service and Staff are very friendly, courteous, professional, and patient. Thank You.
