They allow people to enter and steal from the units; if you store anything of value, they only take responsibility for up to $10,000 in losses, and if you have a vehicle parked there, like an RV, they take no responsibility whatsoever. On top of all that, the surveillance system is useless, and the owner doesn't seem to care.
