Wow, this is a well-managed storage place! I came to choose between two available units. Both were very clean and exactly as advertised. The whole facility felt safe and organized. Chose a unit we can drive up to that will have plenty of space and will be super easy to access. It’s month to month and the manager took time to explain the details of the lease to me. Miss Tanya was very pleasant and very professional she was able to answer all the questions. Also the facility is very clean and we love that. We feel very comfortable about our experience at Extra Space STORAGE. I believe Miss TANYA is the manager.

Tanya was great! She helped streamline the process when I wasn't even aware my company had a storage here. She sent all the necessary documents needed to transition the account and was available to cut the lock and assist with the release of the unit to avoid any additional fees. All in a days work! Tanya took care of Mr, didn't have size I needed, she found a size I needed in Berkeley close too me. She rented for me at her location for her location instead of sending me there!
