????? Be careful before renting a storage unit here. Rates don’t just go up once a year — mine increased about every 3–4 months, and each increase was over $100. What started as a reasonable price quickly became much more expensive than expected. I asked about future rate increases before signing and my experience did not match what I was told. Customers are encouraged to leave reviews early when everything looks clean and runs smoothly, and to set up auto-pay, which makes it easy to miss price changes until the higher charge appears. Ask for rate policies in writing before renting so you fully understand how often prices can change.

Very easy check in process. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and easy to get to unit. They have plenty of flat carts to use - making the trips from car to unit quick.

I rented renting a space in November, 2025, at $138 dollars/month, I get a notice yesterday, the rent has been raised to $221/month. I called I said, "Is this normal?" They said yes that's normal, you got the "Internet rate." Apparently that means they raise your rates 60% at month 4. Obviously never would have rented if I knew this beforehand. In any case, run from this place as fast as you can, they are not to be trusted. I will be moving my business storage items by the end of the month! As a follow up here, they reduced the rate to $168 (so only a 21% increase lol), but I declined and will be moving my items out by the end of the month. What I recommend is be honest with people when they take the time to choose your business, let them know their rent will be raised substantially after month 3.

Stopped by here to check out where I want to store some stuff. Met with Anthony at the front desk. He was EXCEPTIONAL! Took his time to answer all my nervous questions, showed me two units, explained how it all works. It was the second of three places I looked at, and he was 10X the best representative of a storage space. He told me at the end of my tour, that's not even his assigned location! He's sort of a pinch hitter among several venues. What an exceptional guy! He made me decide to go with them next month when I take a unit. Bravo Anthony! You're terrific!
