Caroline was the one who helped me during the check in process; she’s very helpful, kind and nice person who walked me through every step in detail and showed me where the storage is. The storage hallway is always very clean everytime I visit, easy access, great price and easy in and out through the gate with secured code. Overall, it is a very clean and secured placed with helpful and caring people in front desk.

The office staff are the best! I have spoken to the manager Vanessa several times and she was always so pleasant and helpful. Recently I spoke with Tamyko in the office and she was also so friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all of my questions. They both have left a positive impression on me.
