The Gault St. location in Reseda, Ca is wonderful. It’s extremely clean and the staff are amazing. Shout out to Edward who was so helpful and made the process of leasing a new unit quick and easy.

I couldn't be more pleased with Alfredo and Antoine. They both go way above and beyond what's expected even for a person who is demanding and that's not me but I know people that are and would be extremely pleased with these two gentlemen and the Beautiful clean storage facility they run. Alfredo check me in walk me through everything and even took us on a tour of the facility and where my unit was going to be. It didn't end there. This gentleman gives you 1,000%! He showed me where I would enter the building he walked the outside with me and made sure I understood how to use my code to get in and it's so refreshing because I'm from the old school. Oh I'm 59 years old and I haven't seen this type of professionalism for decades. Most people who have jobs like this don't care and that is why I was completely shocked and amazed with how well they treated me and do their job above and beyond. I recommend storing your stuff at this facility over 10 other places I looked at. Hope this helps you make a decision whoever you are and I promise you you won't be sorry that you listened to my review. I wish Alfredo and Antoine the best of luck building their storage facility to 100% capacity extremely fast. They deserve it!

Robert, who is to be the new manager of this building, is amazing. He is so nice and so accommodating, I really look forward to dealing with him in the future. I feel like he will be fair, and not hide behind corporate all the time. The building is brand new and very clean. There are always plenty of carts available, which is critical if you are trying to unload a truck and need more than one cart at a time. They are also open until 10:00 pm, which is great for a night owl like myself! All in all, I think we are off to a great start. I hope all future dealings with them are as good as my current dealings with them!!
