Absolutely amazing place. I'm just being honest- but I got to say that the management and their staff are amazing people. Quite honestly they're always there to lending helping hand and any questions you may have - they're willing to help you. This place is amazing and their employees are even more amazing. I'm very grateful to be privileged by having a storage unit at this facility. Im very Pleased with their associate Andrea's help.

I was late one time and they were great reminders. I can say is the staff is very nice with good hospitality ??.This place keeps its facility very clean which is what we all want when storing anything.

We rented a space at Extra Space Storage today in Riverside. I was truly impressed! The facility was super clean, and it's a very easy process to rent. Andrea helped us. For the most part it went smooth , it was just a little ways to get to my unit. & The fact that I didn't have access to their carts ,made it just St a little more challenging.but either way I got it done. With a wheel chair & a office chair that we used as our dollies....

The Facility was nice and clean. Amber was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The only drawback is that the online price I was Given what's not permanent. I was never told when I made the reservation with the lady. I spoke with that this would be only temporary. This feels like a trap to me, but since I am desperate to get a storage unit, I don't have the option to keep looking at this time. As I have been told, this time of the year is busy for storage unit rentals. That would be my only complaint, but your facility was very nice, well lit, and clean.
