Process was super easy and straight forward. We relocated from Southern California and we were very concerned with finding a storage unit while not being in the area. We were able to set everything up online. Any time we had to call to ask a question we got an immediate answer. Once we moved everything into our apartment, Michael was very helpful in assisting us with downsizing our unit. I would recommend this place to others.
