I only gave a five star review so this message can be seen. This place has mice and the African American Lady with the fake eyelashes Was Very rude. A day earlier I was booked in by a Caucasian lady very nice ??. Than I came and put stuff away the next day and the African American lady said something went wrong with the contract and had to redo the contract. Very frustrating I think she was taking the other person's commission ?? because she tried giving me a different unit. Took all day to resign the contract it was a two person contract had to wait for the other person to sign. But people hear me out what gets me is that ?? it was already played for and signed ??.

Oh my gosh this place is amazing! It’s so clean and I love how everything is indoor. This is the definition of luxury storage lol also, I booked everything online I have moved all of my items in and have to speak someone I like people but this was awesome! ????

My experience was good. The facility is indoors and very secure and I loved that for safety seasons. They even had a security guard that stayed around the facility which made me feel even more comfortable. If for any reason I need to use storage again I will be using them again! The security guard is definitely needed when you are going alone because I have seen homeless people camped outside of the building which is not surprising due to the area. No issues though but I think it is important they continue to have the security guard to keep it that way!
