First time renting storage space. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the whole process. Only took about 15 minutes of paper work and had immediate access. Upon seeing the parking spot assigned to me I realized it was a little small for my vehicle. I called the staff and she reassigned me to a better spot without having to go back and sit through the process again. Facilities is very new and very clean. Great experience!

Great customer service! Great location! Easy access. Very clean! - The only thing I wish they had is annual contracts in which they could keep a client for longer at a discounted price other than Market.
