My experiencewith extra spaces storage. Was very pleasant? Kenny, the employee at the store unit was very pleasant. Very easy going and very helpful. I felt like me and him were friends before. I even finished renting my units. He was very friendly and considerate. If I need to rent another unit again. I will most definitely go back to that 1 again. The price was good. The unit was perfect. And the facility was very clean.

Kenny is the storage manager at this location and he’s super awesome! I couldn’t believe the online prices for a storage unit. He patiently took his time and allowed me to see a few units before I decided on one. The reason for the low cost units is because they’re located upstairs with no lift or elevator access. I’m totally okay with this though because in this economy I need all my coins. Insurance and cylinder locks are required for each unit, you can bring your own or purchase one here. They even offer vehicle storage. Boxes and packing materials are available for sale as well. I’d highly recommend this place it’s super easy to miss when you’re driving by though, it’s located right across the street from the Kohl’s warehouse.

Satisfied! It was easy to reserve the night before online and it took no more than ten minutes to fill out the paperwork at the office. Extremely convenient! I love Ellyse! Best customer service! Super friendly and fast!
