We had our unit here for 15 years….great experience all around - easy access, nice facility, secure space, and Mike, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. We would highly recommend this Extra Space for your storage needs.

Went into Extra Space Storage, on Miramar Road today. Had gotten a special rate, a reservation, and a move in date, from a third party company online, name “SPARE FOOT”! When I went to Extra Space for my confirmed reservation, they had no idea who “SPARE FOOT” was or my reservation. When I called “SPARE FOOT” to verify my reservation that I had, I was told that they sold my unit. Then they offered me another unit at a much higher price. ”Disrespectful, Unprofessional, Piece Of Shyttz”!!! Don’t ever go through these busters! After all this unnecessary hype, Juana the Extra Space representative hooked us up with a bigger unit, at a slightly lower price, than it could have been. She showed empathy, sympathy, and professionalism, all throughout this whole visit. Juana even had patience with my unhappy, snappy, attitude, when I was disrespected by that third party. Thanks Juana for your understanding and your help today! I really appreciate you helping me to keep shoes on my feet, and not leaving me, “BARE FOOT”…!!!

This has been a great storage unit for us so far! We had to change locations (because of inaccurate drive-up description with another company) last minute and we got a spot here that same day thankfully! Mike was SO helpful to get us set up and even brought us waters while we were moving our stuff in on a hot day! Great personalized service by Mike, he is so sweet and has made the experience so much better and less stressful! This is my first time using a storage unit, which has made me nervous, but knowing Mike is there helps ease my nerves because you can tell he really cares and does a great job to secure your unit.
