The team is great! They are always patient and helpful. BUT, I have a creepy feeling that Extra Space the company is pretty awful. I think they should be regulated like most other industries and not intentionally lock people into either moving out or paying 3x rates. That doesn't fly anywhere else. I can't triple the rent on my rentals at my whim- why would that be OK for storage spaces? (Because the storage population is full of vulnerable individuals and they are exploiting that). I can't say for sure, but I also am convinced that they are bigots that should probably be boycotted permanently (details not available, but do very much exist). I'm moving out specifically for this reason. ONCE AGAIN, thank you Arjon's employees for making this experience good. You saved it. Thanks, Amanda!

Great experience here! Easy access using the app and the staff is very friendly! They allowed me to move out so easily, and Amanda at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She made the whole process easier than expected. I spoke with Joy on the phone as well and she was so helpful! Great staff!
