5 stars for the staff! I wish I recalled their names ?? but both today (1/13/2026) at around 1:30-2:30pm we’re so helpful! From supporting with finding my storage unit & then having to switch to a bigger sized unit very last minute. Both were super accommodating, kind, and patient as I moved in a full 1 Bed 1 Bath worth of items! 3 stars for the storage unit itself - the bathroom is a little bit spooky. I wish there little banners like at grocery stores that give a visual of the unit numbers in the specific section. It would also be super helpful if there were lights within the unit.

Brought my stuff to the building. They told me the size which would be appropriate. Then they shared the payment plan which would make sense for me. They are running the first month free. So got a good deal for the first month. Thanks to Saleen for the support.
