Anne Brokaw, store manager, was quite helpful and professional. She provided additional details relating to overall service, without my asking a question that I wouldn’t have thought to ask. One specific example of such orientation to details is that this location can receive delivery of packages on behalf of its customers. Fun fact: Anne has recently moved to San Francisco and already comes across as a San Franciscan with her welcoming and hospitable demeanor I highly recommend you speak with her, should you be looking for storage space ??

Heads up: this is a long (good) review. Scottie Warren, the Assistant Store Manager, is an absolute angel and THE best company representative I have ever met. My boyfriend and I came with a truck full of personal items for storage (AFTER they were already closed, mind you), because the storage space we had initially rented was closed by the time we got there. Due to our circumstances, it was imperative that we could find and rent a storage space on THAT day/evening. After hearing our dilemma, Scottie graciously offered us a storage unit to rent and even stayed open AFTER hours to let us unload everything from our U-Haul truck and put it into the storage unit…AND THEN some: After unloading all of our items, he even allowed us to drive back home and bring our mattress all the way back to the storage unit. All in all, Scottie stayed over an hour after closing just for us, out of the pure kindness of his heart. He could have EASILY turned us down and said no, but he went out of his way to help us. He quite literally saved the day, so words cannot explain how awesome the Assistant Store Manager, Scottie Warren is.
