      I'll have to say, I havent had the best experiences with storage facilities in the past, but Extra Space Storage has been quite the breath of fresh air! The facilities itself is quite large, with a variety of storage sizes to choose from. I got the 8x8 and was offered an introductory price for four months. Its gone a bit higher now that I'm at about seven months in, but its about the same price as any other storage I've looked into. The staff however is where this place shines! Im always welcomed with a smile and cheerful greeting. Anne seems to be the manager and has put together the A-team of storage facilities! Celine, Rex, and Michael are all very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and seem to work together like a well oiled machine to keep the place running in tip-top shape! This place is really top of its game. I'm usually in a rush to get out of my storage as quickly as possible, but at the Extra Space Storage on Folsom St, I find that I'm a bit more relaxed and spent a little more time there. They really do welcome you've known each other for years, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new storage unit!
