The manager is very friendly and helpful so 5 stars for her. In terms of the unit, however, someone stored food and mice took over my entire unit. I had to throw majority of my items away due to it being chewed, or covered in mouse feces/urine. It’s disappointing when you store things you love and cherish and you’re paying for them to be kept safe but they aren’t actually safe. The location isn’t bad, the prices were fair until they increased after 3 months.

KNOW BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! This company is predatory and dishonest about how they price their units. They will tell you a low price to get you to commit to unit and then raise the price on you every couple months until you're up to the price that they want you to pay. A manager told us this would happen and that it was nowhere in the contract that they would do this. They pray on the fact that you won't want to move your stuff or in some cases not even able to move your stuff if you don't live in the area. You can try to fight back and they won't raise "as much" but they'll come back in a month or two and just keep raising. We started at $72 a month and now they're trying to make us pay $200+ eight months later. If they were just up front about this it would be a whole different story. Let us know what the actual price is and give a discount on the first few months but tell people what they will eventually have to pay so we can make an informed decision on where to store our stuff. Now we hate you as as company AND have to move our stuff when instead we would have either just gone somewhere else or just paid them the actual price they wanted but not felt scammed to get there. I don't care as much that the price is higher but I do care that they have lied to us the entire time just to get us to pay that price. Please just ask before you use this company. What is the REAL price they're going to make you pay. Not just the price they're using to get you in the door to trap you

I have enjoyed renting here for a while. Recently Lisa helped me transition to a new unit with ease and answered all my questions. She was very friendly and accommodating with her customer service.
