Store 1675 employee Felipe Amezcua did a great job with assisiting me in thw prcedure of getting a storage unit. Without a doubt the best customer servive/satisfaction I've seen out of Extr Space Storage employees and it's sisters.

Just recently was looking for an accessible storage and it was difficult until I found this place. Lisa the store manager was very helpful in finding me the right storage unit for my needs and provided follow ups. She made sure I had everything right away and over the phone. She made the whole process painful! You can tell how much she cares about her customers and her job!

I have been with this San Lorenzo storage facility from the beginning when it was called Grant Avenue Storage, which was over 20 years ago! Thus, I have dealt with MANY staff. Having said that, I would have to rate Lisa as the best staff person I’ve encountered. She is friendly and personable, competent, and goes above and beyond to assist. She deserves a raise—unless it means raising the rate on one of my storage units! ??
