Helpful front office! So nice! Person on phone was also very helpful. Unfortunately, I told the person on the phone I needed to access the unit that might (which was outside office hours) and he never mentioned that though I had a gate code, it wasn’t activated, and though there was a lock on the unit, it was locked until the front office took it off and I bought one…made me keep all the stuff in my car two days since the office is closed on Sundays instead of being able to drop it off that day.
