Update, July 2024: Nick and the team have been a great help throughout our storage rental period. I've rarely seen such kind and professional service from storage or other service establishments. I'd like to highlight two specific examples where Nick & Anthony helped me. Once, they helped me auto-pay shortly after a rate increase kicked in, thereby extending the lower initial rate. The second time, Nick helped me get a refund when moving out. Both times I was late in notifying them, but they still helped me. Both times going above and beyond to help me save on storage rental costs. I also want to thank the other staff for notifying me when we inadvertently did not lock the unit. Thanks to their vigilance and leaving me an urgent message, all of our belongings were safe! Finally, I wanted to recognize the whole team at this location for an amazing clean facility every time I visit. The entire team's communication and customer service skills are truly inspirational! Keep up the great work! I would definitely come back to this facility for my storage needs in the future. Move in review, Jan 2024: Thanks Anthony for the great move-in service!

Extra space storage has been our “Home away from home” for more than one move. Both experiences have been phenomenal! From the deals they try to make Sure you get, to all the assistance they have continued to share with us from set up to clean out, they have been a pleasure to work with. The facility is clean and lots of units are temperature controlled, also everyone who seems to use this location is really friendly!~

This is our 2nd time at this storage unit, but we’ve had family, friends, heck, even exes who have had great things to say about this place. We are no different, since we always recommend it and keep coming back when we want a safe place to store our stuff. It’s clean, convenient, and the service from the staff is top notch. They always offer discounts, which we appreciate, since moving and being in between places is always rough. We personally love the storage units inside the front buildings, since they are climate controlled. It just gives me peace of mind. Thank you for everything!
