This was the best experience I have ever had with any type of rental business in my life. The manager was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. She was efficient, friendly and gave me exactly what I was looking for in short order. This facility is clean and aafe. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The 3 star review is because of cost. Within one year my unit went from $75 to $190. I’m certain it would be over $200 in the next couple of months. I felt prayed upon. Just be aware and plan accordingly.

I spoke with a lovely person by phone yesterday who was happy to answer my questions. I rented a unit online, and received a follow up call from Arden, the manager. She helped me extend my rental agreement beyond what was offered on the website. Both people I spoke with are professional, kind and great to work with. I appreciate that the property is secure, clean and in a great location. I highly recommend this business.

I have been a customer at the Extra Storage space for going on four months now. I have had very good service when questions have come up for me. The onsite staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The access is easy, the place is clean and feel’s safe.
