I have no issues with the amenities/maintenance of the facility, nor with performance of the 2 managers, Adam and Robbie, who have been extremely responsive to any situation I've encountered to date. I have witnessed them serving other renters and think how the facility is fortunate to have such devoted and effective managers. The only downside of this facility from my perspective is the rate hikes which I would term as abusive. I was just informed of a 43.47% rate increase starting June 2024 after I had already sustained a 33.54% increase in December 2023. I don't think I am alone in defining this kind of modus operandi as unethical by exploiting renters since there are no additional benefits being provided. What other products/services have justifiably increased 43.47% over the past 6 months?

Amazing customer service, my first time using a rental space and I would 100% recommend it here. Affordable, Very clean and secure. Felt comfortable leaving my belongings. Area surrounding is clean and around a nice neighborhood.
