over the many years of being a tenant here this location is/has become a clean and secure facility, with helpful staff. The gates are open long hours, vs other similar locations, for easy early or late access. A fact of life, and all over here in Santa Rosa, rates have been increasing, but with Randy's' help, they have been able to work with me on the rent increases to facilitate my continued presence at this location. They do have a large variety of unit sizes, so check them out !

So happy I went with Extra Space out of all the storage facilities around. Super nice staff and stays open late. Recently my rate jumped up after my promo period ended but after speaking with one of the staff members they were able to substantially lower the bump in cost. Still getting a great rate. Shout out to Nick & Randy! You guys are great! Really appreciate your help with that. Good people at Extra Space ??
