Fantabulous service! I called in advance to be sure it was okay to look at a unit. Jacob answered the phone professionally and welcomed us to come in. He took us to the storage unit and also showed us another option that we ended up going with. He was informative, friendly and quick! After the tour, we signed our lease and done within 10 min! During one of our move in days, we saw him doing his rounds and because it was so hot, he offered us to come to into the office for water if we ever needed it! The grounds were clean and felt safe! Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience here with the store manager Jayann. She was very welcoming, kind, and extremely helpful. Jayann was able to answer all my questions and concerns that I had. This location is #1 in my books because of her. She really does her job well unlike other employeess who don’t really want to deal with the customers. This location is clean and well kept. You can tell they go above and beyond. I highly recommend this place if you want a great experience as well. Make sure to talk to Jayann! She’s the best!
