I LOVE this location. Best storage place I’ve ever used. They work with you, they match online rates, and a special shoutout to Serena! We had to last minute get another storage unit for a few months and not only did they go above and beyond to make it the unit next to our existing one at the time, but Serena helped close it out before we were charged because I forgot to give the 15 days notice. It was 100% my mistake for not doing that and she still worked with me to avoid paying another month. Amazing service! And not just Serena, anyone I’ve ever dealt with that works here has truly been unreal. I wish I had all of their names. So grateful because moving sucks and they make it suck not as bad.

I want to give a big thank you to Extra Space Storage for such a great experience. I rented a storage space unit from them for the last 2 years. I was referred by family who also have a storage unit there as well. The staff, especially Serena and Drew, have been so kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile whenever I had a question or needed help. The facility is spotless, secure, and easy to use — with coded security for entry for both the doors and elevator, big dollies to help with moving, and the ability to park right by the loading area for quick access. The temperature-controlled units keep everything in the condition you left it in, and it’s refreshing that they don’t overcharge or try to upsell. Overall, I’ve felt truly taken care of here, and I’m so grateful for the team that made storing my things stress-free.
