Really positive experience here! Dan is super helpful, and guided me through the process of renting a storage unit for a first time storage renter. I'm going through a lot in life and have never needed to use storage so having someone be understanding, and kind made this whole process a lot easier. He showed me options available, like 5x10 and 10x10. Ended up with the 10x10 and the lease agreement to rent only took about 5 minutes. Definitely recommend this location!

When I walked in the door at extra storage space, the gentlemen Dan was very helpful and answered all my questions and accommodated all the needs of getting a storage unit. I’ve had the best experience at extra space with Dan! I love the facility, super easy to set things up. Dan was so accommodating with all my needs. Dan at extra space storage in simi is unmatched. His customer service is the best I've ever experienced. He is understanding, kind and professional. I honestly cannot give him enough praise.
