Had a 6 month lease, Philip is great, unreal customer service and the place is in a sweet part of town. Very safe and the facility is clean. 10/10 recommend if you are in the San Diego area.

Philip Cloughesy made my experience at Extra Space Storage outstanding! I've rented my unit for over 6 years and it was previously under Solana Beach Storage management before it was taken over by Extra Space. I had serious concerns about the acquisition, however, the level of service I've received and the care and understanding has been excellent. Each time I've had a request or needed help, they've exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this storage location!

I mean EVERY single time I went into the office since I came originally, they were ALWAYS polite, received me with a smile and a great attitude. You don’t have to give them 30 days notice to move out, only 10. There’s no doubt of if I need storage again I’d come here for the service.
