Great place to have a storage! I did a lot of research before coming here after previously having various issues with other storages. I have stayed in at least 4 other storages locally and at this location I have received the best customer service by far! The staff is very upfront and honest. Whenever I see the staff I'm greeted with a smile and wave. Whenever I call, they are always happy to clearly answer all of my questions. Nick, David and Jimmy are always a great help. The Team there is always available and happy to assist. My property was very safe and the facility is very clean. I didn't have bugs, water or dust to worry about. I was confident all my belongings I stored at there location where safe and well kept. The Team helped me select the correct size storages and took time with me as I was very indecisive. That was appreciated. I held off on making my review until after I have stayed here a few months to provide honest feedback. I have no complaints. I will be back and will refer people to stay here. Thank you the Team at Extra Space Sunnyvale for making it a stress free and pleasant stay!

I had an inside unit and the facilities were always clean and easy to access. I especially appreciated the ability to use the app to access the gates and doors into the building. Staff was friendly in all interactions as well. If i need a unit again in the future id definitely consider this location again
