Very easy to book a unit online. The staff was helpful and called me this morning to see if I had any questions. Invited me in so they could show me where the unit was and how to use the Bluetooth. Super helpful, really nice, clean and affordable.

It's clean, safe and convenient. The staff is great. Expect your rent to go up 20 to 30 percent every six months. they send a postcard to notify you. In 2024, I had a space renting for $900+ for 300+ square feet when the web discount rate was $335. Watch autopay as these increases draft without your knowledge. I could rent an apartment for cheaper. The local guy says it's an automated pricing from corporate. I hear rumblings from everyone who rents there as they move out. I had a dude living in the space next to mine, would park his truck in the CalTrain parking lot over night. Had a lock that looked locked but wasn't. Saw his pee bucket one morning. I liked that because he was also security. If your needs are long term, expect to get cheaper somewhere else in two years. Get a container from some dude renting space in his parking lot, might get broken into but hey beats paying their rates.

Jimmie(Jimmy?) and David were really helpful to me and sort of extended a branch to me when I needed them to be flexible. I wont go in to too much detail, but I needed to upgrade the size of my storage unit on a day that they were closed and those two not only got me taken care of but they also went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks you two. I feel safe with my stuff there and like Extra Space wont just pawn everything off the first chance they get.
