Kevin was professional, friendly, and helpful—both on the phone and in person. He was completely transparent in explaining the pricing of ExtraSpace’s storage units. Kevin showed me two units I was interested in and gave me some practical tips. I was impressed by how clean and neat the facility is. Access and convenience of the location also appealed to me. The same day, after comparing to others, I decided to rent a unit at ExtraSpace Sunnyvale and easily completed the process online.

I finished all the operations online. They list all the options they have, very straightforward. I choose a 5x10, drive-up access. As soon as I finish the the whole process. I receive an email with all the information and link to the app. I install the app on my phone. Next day, I drive to the storage. The app have an operation called digital access. When I drove close to the gate, there is a keypad about 50 feets away from the gate. The option, open gate will be available stop near the keypad. I just click open the gate, then gate open for me. The storage site is bigger than I thought. It took me a while to find my unit. The storage unit is very clean. It's about 8 to 9 feet tall, enough space for me.

Does not allow any temporary placement of storage containers to transfer items to storage unit. Understandable, but there should be a policy in place to facilitate this.
