The onsite manager Steven was FANTASTIC! When I realized that I needed changes to my storage, he was so incredibly helpful. He quickly assisted me to making changes to my storage unit so that I can organize my household items expediently. He facilitated the paperwork expeditiously and made it easy!! I highly RECOMMEND any Veteran or Military Personnel that need a storage unit to seriously CONSIDER Extra Space Storage. Steven is the best, super helpful, nice and understanding. I got there and received AMAZING service. One thing I can say I have stored cars and household items at the Venice facility, and it is always CLEAN and SECURE. Very nice Onsite Managers and GREAT customer service. Steven has helped me in person and over the phone. He worked with me and took the time to resolve the issues I had with my storage space by being knowledgeable, polite and caring! He made time to resolve my issues and should receive a salary increase!! TOP NOTCH.
