I went to the office with a small issue and some questions regarding unit prices and rules. I was met by a very nice representative by the name of Carina. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the services at Extra Storage place to anyone interested. The best thing was the good attitude and willingness to help. Very happy with my choice on storage places.
