Yvette, the store manager, is and always has been, very friendly, helpful, informative, and thorough, answering all my questions and concerns honestly and patiently. Great customer service and professionalism. And the facilities are new, clean, and well-maintained, with fair and competitive prices. Yvette, who set me up and got me started when I first got my storage unit 2 plus years ago, is always very helpful, and truly cares about keeping me happy and keeping my business, including making any reasonable accomodations with periodic monthly rate increases, being fair with the amount of the increase. She has earned my loyalty. She is simply awesome????????

Yvette was very courteous and nice and gave me a lot of information that I can use to make my process a lot easier on the Extra Space Storage website and also access to the building. She is very knowledgeable at what she does on her job. Also, another representative set me up when getting my storage unit and was very nice. I even received a special offer!

It’s been a long road with Extra Space Storage on Crestline, but Justin and Yvette have both gone above and beyond to help. Both of them have always been so friendly and supportive as we’ve gone through a lot of changes within the building and in our lives. Yvette has been so communicative and informative about the security of our belongings and the process required to move in and out as needed. I’m so grateful for her assistance and kindness, many of the belongings were my mother's, so it’s been an emotional challenge at times. Yvette makes it easier whenever she can. She is an asset !! ??
