I had an outstanding experience at this Extra Space Storage location thanks to the exceptional manager Nina. From the moment I arrived, she provided top-tier customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude. She also has an impressive understanding of every procedure, and detail related to the storage process. Nina took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how personable and knowledgeable she was. Nina even offering helpful information about the local area and current events going on in Curacao, which made the interaction feel genuine and engaging. She gave me some great information on the island that will help me be more prepared for my cruise vacation. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness so naturally. This location is fortunate to have such an outstanding manager representing the business.
