I have now been with this location since February of 2020. As I mentioned before, Tara was wonderful. Got me & my friend signed up & set up so quickly & painlessly, joked around with us & almost made moving fun. My next experience was several months later when I met Justin. Again, extremely friendly & helpful. He was always incredibly helpful, & we even discovered that his cousin & I went to H. S. together. In the Spring of '22 there was a fire on the 3rd floor that damaged the roof & those that fixed it, didn't do it correctly so the building would flood when it rained, which in May is every day. I received an email notification that I needed to stop in & go through my unit & check for damages. I did not have to lift a finger. They had movers take each box out, let me inspect it for water damage, then put it in the new unit. I had just recently suffered a house fire that left me without any of my belongings except those in the storage unit. Justin was genuinely concerned when I told him & I could see it pained him to have to tell me that my items were involved in the flooding. This is also when I met Yvette. She informed me that they did not have any units available in my size, so she was giving me two units for the price of the one larger unit. This came in handy when I needed to store all of the items from my house that were salvaged, while construction was ongoing at my home. We even had to rent a smaller third unit to accommodate all of our items. I had lost my keys & Justin had let me in my unit, & I have been emotional coming to get our stuff out of the units after my son died. It has been a roller coaster of unfortunate events. Most recently Yvette & I worked together to lower my monthly rate now that I no longer needed three units. She was completely transparent with me disclosing that I would be subject to a rate increase in a couple months, if I opted for the cheapest unit. Again, the process was painless as we reduced my unit count from 3 down to 2. I am disappointed with the number of rate increases during my time but this location is still the most affordable location on this side of town. Everyone increased. And they have worked with me when I was going through a rough patch, just as I was understanding while they were going through theirs. I am at the facility quite frequently & have not noticed an increase of unsavory individuals or people sleeping in the docks, like others have mentioned. I have noticed security present during and after construction. They have dealt with each issue as swiftly & completely as possible. That resulted in temporary inconveniences & permanent improvements. They call to remind me of my payment because I did forget a few times during the rebuild & after my son passed, & they'd call right before the late fee would kick in, which they didn't have to do. And I was always notified in writing by mail of the increases the month before they were to take effect. They even called me one morning when I forgot to put my lock back on my empty unit when I was moving back into my house, just to make sure that something more sinister hadn't occurred. My only complaint would be the increases, but they still get a 5 out of 5 from me because customer service like this is a dying artform. **********************Original review************************ Most affordable storage in town. And they have excellent specials as well. This is my second experience renting from Extra Space, but my first at this location. My first experience was no where near as pleasant as this one. I’m very glad I switched locations. Tara is outstanding! She puts you at ease very quickly and makes the whole process seamless and effortless. Which is truly appreciated when in the middle of a stressful move. I have even recommended this location to my friends who also loved the experience. As a real estate agent, it’s important to have some options for your clients. I’ll be recommending this location in all my transactions!

I've rented a few storages. Some good, some well.....lets just say, I seem to be drawn back to the Extra Space Storage. My contact this round is Yvette. She thought it necessary to reach out to me on a closed day to ask me how my online setup experience was going and answer questions I hadn't realized i was thinking. Thats what I call Service. I almost Never leave reviews only this time i feel it necessary. The place is a controlled climate this round and it's clean, convient and easy to navigate. Great customer service and attention to detail. Great overall signup experience. Working with Yvette (property manager) was great. Highly recommend.

What a great facility and cp

Very friendly service! Our unit was so clean and protected. I love how we have to use a passcode to get in the building. It definitely makes me feel safer about my stuff.

Renting a storage unit was an easy experience. The individual I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She was able to answer my questions and offered me different ways to save money. When I moved into my unit it was clean and they had a lock in the unit for me when I got there. The young man at the storage facility was very helpful the day I moved in. I’m very pleased with the whole experience I had renting and moving into my unit. I recommend using Extra Space for your storage needs.
