I’ve had items store here for a few years now and twice now I’ve had to shift my unit size based on space needed. Each time, staff was helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the units are clean and secure. 2025 Update: I once again moved units while downsizing and Jeremy made this a seamless process over the phone. Facility is as clean and safe as ever. I cannot recommend this location more. However, I will echo others regarding the surprise price increases on units. It’s absurd how much they charge long term customers rather than rewarding loyalty.

I have had my belongings at this storage facility for 6 years. It is conveniently located, clean, safe and the staff are wonderful. I never had any problems whatsoever. I so appreciated the temperature controlled environment. Great Experience!!

No hidden fee or surprise charges. Used the smaller 5x5 unit for about 18 months (from Nov 2023 - Jun 2025). The cost was $36 ($25 for the unit itself+$11 insurance) initially, was increased to a total of $45 from Mar 2024 and to $78 from Nov 2024 citing marker value etc., which made me move out. We were notified of the price increase well in advance giving us an opportunity to move-out if we choose to do so. The unit and the overall facility are clean, and the staff acted professionally whenever I interacted with them.

We have had a storage container for six years. Extra Space made the experience always so easy. Over the years we were able to downsize, and they made that easy. Jeremy Alcorn if awesome. He answered questions over the phone that I had, and then helped me make our final push to not need storage any longer. That process of finalizing our time there was also easy.
