Stored a trailer here and it was great. Very secure. Easy access. Affordable. However, it was a little cramped moving it in and out of the complex.

At first when they acquired the property 07/26/2023 it was rough no one would answer phone. when I did find someone in the office they didn't have any authority to manage my account. I had 2 units so I had to pay twice because no one had the authority to do anything then the issue of my locks when I could not get the locks to open (since I had my units over 12 years), no one had the authority to cut my locks. I finally had to move out since I have bought a house 18 months ago. I finally found a manager that could take my locks off. Now that I have moved out of storage and into my own house I can get fully settled in And my life back on track

Overall they have had great customer service, support and communication. They have always tried to remind me about late fees when I forget and generally everyone is pleasant to talk to. I will say when Elizabeth started there has been more amazing service. She’s taken the time to help me when my schedule didn’t necessarily work with the normal hours when I had to move and also took the time to introduce herself which I thought is rare but very much appreciated. She gave that extra touch of customer service that made me want to stay with this branch when I had the opportunity to move locations. She’s a great addition to the team. I love this location for the customer service, overall privacy, ease of payments and flexibility with hours. I Would rent another unit if they had availability.

When you go to a concert, attention is not paid to the percussionist, or the drummer (unless he's Bonzo) but rather to the lead singer who carries on and leads...customer service is relevant and people like Elizabeth at the centennial facility provided me with her version and interpretation of what customer service ought to be!. Although she's not the CEO of the company, she used her sophisticated and caring communication skills to go for bat for me and was a liason between me and the upper management. Folks, customer service matters and the front people running the show are the image of the organization!
