I called the 800 number to check rates and availability. I was genuinely delighted to not only get this fabulous rate, but to have the best agent I could ask for. I asked to speak to her manager to let her know. I rented it all online and was recommended to consider a different location. It was only 2 miles farther than the location I inquired about, and was a better rate. There was a clean unit and a new lock waiting inside my unit when I got there. This was the best experience and everything was seamless. The mnager lives on site and I'm thrilled I chose EXTRA SPACE to fulfill my needs. Thanks EXTRA STORAGE, keep up the good work.

Maggie and a visiting Extra Space manager, Danielle, were so very helpful and informative. The property is very secure, very well-organized, and the rental price is competitive and agreeable. Everything is clean, and easy to maneuver around in. The location on 5110 Stetson Hills Blvd in Colorado Springs was ideal for me!
