This is a super nice property but I’m overly disappointed in my experience. I rented a unit with this company because it offered 24 hour access. It was featured on their website and I even had to pay extra to receive that service. Only to be told the very day I moved in that I was not going to have 24 hour access. The manager even tried to tell my husband that it was Colorado state law that there is no 24 hour access for storage units which is completely untrue ( I have had a dozen units that are 24 hour access ) but even if it were true why the hell is it on your website as an additional charge feature? So ridiculous. I wish I didn’t just bust my hump moving ALL my stuff in this place because I feel I’ve been lied to and treated wrong, maybe even discriminated against. I don’t suggest this as a good place just for the misleading ad and customer service. Then you give me a vague response? Why is there an option to pay more for a service that you supposedly dont offer? I am paying a higher rate for something I dont get! And how is it your policy when your website says different? I was allowed 24 hour access on the night I moved in and now its your policy????

I contracted with Extra Space Storage for a relatively short period of time (2 months) between houses. Maggie was fantastic to work with. She got the paperwork quickly cleared up and I never once had a problem getting in. I also inadvertently left it unlocked once and received a text within hours letting me know. Excellent place and I would use them again in an instant
