Allison and Astro are amazing! Update: My unit was broken into a couple of weeks ago but the staff didn't know since the thieves didn't actually break the glass doors to get in. Allison has been very helpful in the process of filing police reports and working with the police to figure out who the thieves were that broke in. Thank you all for great customer service and providing a clean location for storage. Out of the 3 years that I've been here, outside of the recent robbery, we've never had any issues with any uncleanliness and any issues are fixed immediately. Bonus points: They have a big parking lot. Of course there can be a price hike, but in Downtown Denver it is expected. I am sure the city is constantly raising the price of the building's property tax, same with renting an apartment. Added photos of break in. If you haven't checked on your unit in a while, be sure to do so soon!
