As they say, EVERYTHING happens for a reason. As I navigate a long distance move and the insane Colorado housing market, admitedly my patience on phone is waining. I needed a storage unit to minimize the move between apt, hotel and settlement. Picked Extra Space as it is close to work, called and spoke to nice female during off hours at main number-but her computer screen apparently went blank and info was gone. I had ZERO patience to do it again. Then I started getting one automatic email after another-I called direct and got GAVIN! SO professional, I had to take disconnect while on hold and he called back and left a message. Super thorough, super professional and patient-revived my faith that there are STILL those who care about quality and simply good customer service. This young man is going places, happy to have a stuff place and privileged to get to work with an awesome hardworking dude! Thanks Extra Space,-great hire immaculate space! Peace of mind for me!!

This storage facility was running a great deal while I was in the market for a storage unit. The place is close, secure, and easily accessible. To make things even better, the customer service is outstanding. I mainly dealt with Gavin quite during my stay here and his attention to detail is impeccable. The place was always clean, Gavin was kind enough to offer water when it was hot, he made sure I knew exactly when my move out was. I can tell Gavin takes alot of pride in his work and it will definitely keep me coming back for any future storage needs. Thanks a ton, Gavin - you made this stay Top Notch!!!
