The storage company and the units are great and I've had a good experience with them, but the parking lot that's shared with surrounding businesses is ATROCIOUS. There are potholes everywhere where if you dodge one, you'll hit another. If you're not careful, you can easily damage your car which is of no fault to extra Space, but to whomever owns the parking lot.

I really like this facility. It's clean and seems very secure. The office staff has always been really nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the prices seem to go up quite a bit and fairly often.
