Even though I decided to not rent with extra space storage, I want to command Anna for the incredible customer service that she exhibited. The only reason I didn't rent is because I am hopeful to get a garage and my apartment complex for $75 a month.I will happily recommend extra space storage to any friends or family. Ann was super helpful on the phone and in person. She showed me a 7×10 which was better than the 5×10 which I originally had reserved. It made a huge difference. I also got the first month free! Thanks Ann! After a few days using the West Side Access, I (as well as other customers I've seen use it) have grown pretty annoyed with this poor excuse for an access point. I broke a lamp today because you have to lift the wheels of the front of the cart or back over this curb which is a two man operation. This company makes plenty of profit so this shouldn't be like this. Plus the ramp for handicaps which would be handy is pad locked.
