The manager Kendrick made my storage rental experience easy and stress-free. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect unit. The facility is clean and secure, but Kendrick's exceptional service is what really stood out. Would definitely recommend!

The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because its 5 mins from my place. Other than that, nothing special. They've raised the price on me twice in the 18 months (Almost double to where I started at) that I've been there and there's nothing they've done to improve the place. There's never ANY carts, even at like 630 in the morning. Trash is consistently at the entry doors. Seriously considering other options.
