Reserving, renting and moving in was a breeze. Atho, there was a point in the initial reservation area that concerns me....I cudnt reserve a unit unless the box next to the type of renters insurance I choose was checked. It states on your website that "insurance is NOT required to rent a unit", yet a box had to be checked before I cud move further on with renting. ?. I have renters insurance already, along with my vehicle insurance thru State Farm, and I have confirmed that my storage unit is in fact COVERED under my renters insurance policy. Now, getting to the office during business hours

This storage seems to be well watched and never dealt with break-ins. The bad- I have dealt with mouse issues (had mouse traps in my unit), homeless people have arguments (maybe living in a unit? Or not sure how they got in), and they’ll raise your rate multiple times with no notice. Luckily, them not sending me proper notice is why it didn’t go up. Make sure you document who you talk to as I’ve been told different policies. Overall not bad for a short term situation
