My unit was clean, cheap, and almost ready on time. Storages are usually not the friendliest places, but the folks who work at this Extra Storage location are very nice. I talked to Page on the phone, after going to my unit and not finding my lock, she was very apologetic and accommodating. When I went back to my unit to start unloading my things, Page was there to greet me and give me my lock and keys. I also ran into the manager of the site who was equally as kind and friendly. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name. Overall 8.5/10 for service. I would give a 10 rating if my lock had been at the unit as expected - Page had said they were short staffed - though not a huge deal, considering how quickly the issue was handled.

The manager, Gavin, really helped me out at the last minute when another storage place fell through. The paperwork was fast and easy to sign by DocuSign, and Gavin helped direct me when I had to back my trailer into the space. It seems secure, and my understanding is they are planning to put in even more security cameras. I highly recommend this place.
