Hands down best place ever to store your stuff. The company is ok but the Store Manager is what makes it so much better, she deserves a raise. She always has a smile on her face and even though she is by herself (never seen anyone else work there) She has that building looking immaculate.

Not a bad storage facility by any means. I kept my belongings there a couple of summers ago and would go back again if needed. The location was perfect, within a mile from CCSU and also very close to the apartment complex I was living in at the time. The girl working front counter was also very friendly and accommodating.

Melissa was awesome! Very knowledgeable about everything and made me feel so comfortable knowing I was putting my whole life in storage. This is my first time ever using a storage facility and I would recommend this location to anyone needing storage. But Melissa’s customers service is what really won me over! Thanks again!

I had an amazing experience with extra space. The place was very nice and clean and the staff was very supportive and friendly. I would especially like to thank Ebony Mitchell for staying after 6:00 and helping me out with my storage.

Ebony(Eb) was great she made the whole process simple and easy and was very understanding. Told her she need a raise ???? Never been to a business where the workers actually care about their clients. And she does I recommend Extra Space ask for Eb she’s great
