Tiffany was amazing!!! This was our first time using a storage faculty. We’re from Long Island and my daughter & her college roomie preferred to store the bulkier items locally. Tiffany was my “go to” person before we actually arrived and she was on site and very professional and prompt on move in day. I was sure she was the manager (or even an owner!) by the way she handled us and other clients. She should definitely be recognized...will refer Rocky Hill location without hesitation!

The garage door on my unit is a constant problem that I've been told for the past two years would be replaced! It appears to be the original, does not close flush and needs to be manipulated to engage its latch to lock.
