If I could give Chris and Kirsten a higher rating than a 5, then I would. Chris and Kirsten go out of their way to help the customers in a professional, yet understanding and compassionate manner. We have been renting a very large unit for almost a year and a half, and we could not be more pleased with the dedicated customer service that we receive received at Extraspace Storage in Rocky Hill ! Storage served purpose but seems like rates go up every few months. You would think they would value their present tenants and try to keep them by not raising rents instead of forcing them out. At least not as often or giving a free month every year like they do to new renters.
