Storage served purpose but seems like rates go up every few months. You would think they would value their present tenants and try to keep them by not raising rents instead of forcing them out. At least not as often or giving a free month every year like they do to new renters.

The best service I’ve ever had with a storage company. I’ve used storage companies in the same proximity and they were awful compared to Extra Space Storage. The staff is on property and so extremely helpful. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Really nice people that work here great help! They did work with me for prices when I was staying there, it just ended up getting too expensive for me to keep. If you ever have any issues definitely talk to the property manager Chris or anyone else in his team!

I had stuff stored for 3 years and everything was great except the price kept going up not just after the initial promotion. They were super nice when I told them I was leaving.
