Trish is a newer employee. She IS VERY RUDE, AND NASTY!! I have dealt with several other Managers who were very nice and helpful. She is a poor fit for this job, in my opinion. Today she hung up on me. I JUST STARTED WORKING AFTER BEING UNEMPLOYED FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS. I FOUGHT TO KEEP MY STUFF, BUT DONT NEED THE UNECESSARY COMMENTS.
