So, we just got a space there yesterday. We had started the process online and on Friday did a stop by to see the options for the unit. Now here comes the best part about this whole place....Adel Riani, remember this name, cause he is the one that makes this place what it is... What a gentleman, what suberp service, what absolute great and honest communication. I mean, all storage places follow the same business model, if you will, but it's truly the person behind the desk that makes or breaks the deal, and Adel is the person that makes the deal. He was extremely accommodating, helpful in walking us and looking at the property, opening available units and making the whole process so seamless and eased us into it with a huge smile on his face all the time. I have to give kudos to Extra Space for having such a exemplary employee who goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are well informed before they make any decisions. Thank you Adel for your excellent customer service and your wonderful attitude.

Hung and Edwin are amazing! Helped us get into our units with ease. Always so pleasant on the phone as well as in person. I have stored items here since the beginning. Thank for always being available to discuss and offer storage solutions and advice. Truly, thank you guys for everything! PS thank you for the warm tea when I was not feeling so well! Update 4/27/24 Again, customer service is best at this location. Adel is easy to work with and friendly!
