I worked with Franchina to set up a new storage unit this morning. Not only was she extremely thorough, but she listened to all of our specific concerns and addressed each one of them. She spent the time to see the unit. Access the building and also went through all of the paperwork in great detail. One of the best Customer Service interactions I’ve had in a very long time.

I had reserved a space online and was expecting to drop by and begin the rental process the next day. However, I was contacted by phone by a representative and she provided all the information that I needed without having to stop by. Then when I brought my stuff to store, she had all my information and my key and I had everything all put away within a few hours. I have used storage facilities before but this was one was very well taken care and and provided excellent customer service. Plus the storage area was very clean, well lit and kept nice and cool! Thanks!

Tried the Premium with the 24 hour access and it's very convenient. Staff was extremely helpful and very kind . Speedy process . Definitely would recommend this place 100 percent!!
